Marine dog death investigation continues (The Albany Herald): n A deceased Marine dog had been assigned to MCLB Albany for nearly three years, authorities say. Charles Joseph Philips (Hibbing Daily Tribune): Charles J. Philips, 60, of Keewatin, died unexpectedly in his home on Friday, May 9, 2008. He was born on Nov. 12, 1947, to Charles Sr., and Ann Philips in Hibbing. He had been a resident of Keewatin for 20 years. He graduated in 1966 from the Hibbing High School.
